2. Budget estimate

Based on the consultation, you will receive an initial technical evaluation including a visualisation of the cell and its available options.

4.Detailed quotation

You will receive a tailor-made, all-inclusive quotation, providing everything you need to build your business case.

6. Factory Acceptance Test (FAT)

The cell is ready for initial acceptance. We demonstrate its full operation at our facility.

1. Introductory meeting

We assess your requirements and determine whether an automated sanding cell is the right solution for your application.

3. Proof Of Concept

Optionally, you may choose to have a Proof of Concept (POC) carried out.

During the POC, we perform the complete programming and grinding tests on a workpiece of your choice.

The final outcome is a fully finished product, including cycle times and the required abrasive materials (even bespoke solutions).

5. Construction of grinding cell

We order the robot or cobot, manufacture the required components, and assemble the cell. You will receive regular progress updates throughout the build process.

7. Site Acceptance Test (SAT)

Installation at your site, including training provided by the engineer who programmed the robot.
