Stäubli is known for its efficient and reliable engineering and technical support. Thanks to our partnership with CNC Solutions, we have direct access to Stäubli’s experts, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performances.

Robotic arm TX2-160

With a payload capacity of 40 kg and a reach of 1,710 mm, this robotic arm is ideal for precise and medium-duty applications.

Robotic arm TX2-200

Our powerhouse with a payload capacity of 170 kg and a reach of 2,010 mm, perfect for heavy and voluminous tasks.

Robustly built

All sensitive components and cables are fully integrated into the arm, making these robotic arms highly suitable for use in dusty and humid environments.

Our automatic tool-changing and spindle-unit magazine gives the robotic sanding cell the autonomy that ensures a fast ROI. The magazine can hold various abrasive materials, sister tools and spindle units.

Replenishing or changing these tools can take place while the robot is operating, allowing the production process to continue without interruption and maximising efficiency.

Linear track for maximum flexibility

By combining a linear track with our robotic grinding cell, you can not only process large workpieces but also operate multiple small workstations with just one robot. Like the turntable, the track is synchronised with the robot, allowing continuous sanding while the robot moves along the track. This innovative solution is available exclusively on the U-series and offers unparalleled versatility in your production process.
