They have invested in a sanding robot to ensure that their employees can work in a healthy and pleasant environment. Why? Because they understand that the health and wellbeing of their team are essential to success.

Reduced dirt and noise

Grinding aluminium can be a challenging task, not only because of the complexity of the work but also due to the contaminating effects and the deafening noise it can produce.

This makes finding the right people for the job an even greater challenge. But now these concerns are a thing of the past, thanks to the innovative solution from Cibo Robotics that De Brug has implemented.

After a year in production, De Brug has expanded its cell with an indexing table with a double turntable. This setup ensures that operators can load and unload products with even greater comfort and protection from dust.
